Yesterdays weigh in

<:-) I have lost another pound, only 4 more to go. Although I might have to reconsider this weight. As I am pretty happy with my present shape.
So I now weigh 130 pounds / 9 stone 4 pounds / 59 kg

opps, fault in the code that was defaulting the bmr to

the males bmr. All fixed now.

I'm pretty proud of it, its extremely practical, easy to use, I will have to pretty it up though. But not to bad for a first attempt at javascript.
