In spark people there is a thread asking.....
"I want to loose weight because..."
and I think my answer for myself is all important for me
"I don't want to hide any more. I want to be seen to be noticed, to be a human being that has a right to be noticed and to be cared for and allowed to care."

I'm back on the hoodia gordonii, Radiances "hoodiaslim"
Sometimes I think its working and some times I don't think its doing any thing. It sayes it may take up to 2 weeks before it works. Its only been 3 days, so I'll advise on the progress.
