1st one is hard to put down as succinctly as I probably would like. While in town at lunch yesterday (crossing one of the biggest roads downtown) I saw the little girl and her dad who had been raising awareness for Meningococcal Disease also known as meningitis. Since the shows etc they have had on her and her family, it was quite surreal seeing her out and about and harder still knowing how to react. She is growing into a confident beautiful little girl. I did not want to pretend I did not know who she was or look away as I thought this rude, but even though I know what they have been through they don't know me from a bar of soap. So in passing I slightly smiled at her dad who I think has done a marvelous job raising her and letting people know about the disease.

2nd one on a much lighter note - even though its my worst score ever in my exams I managed to pull off getting 78% (a C+) on my designing a database exam even while being physically sick through my exam. (Lunch did not agree with me). So I'm not too upset with the result.
and 3rd one - In my plight to lose weight for measurements for my wedding dress after over eating during christmas I have weighed in at 138.6 from 140 on the 5th of Jan, so slowly but surely.
