ups and downs

2nd Aug 08 Week 1 of 9 = 151 pounds
9th Aug 08 Week 2 of 9 = (Goal 148) 148 pounds (slowly getting there)
16th Aug 08 Week 3 of 9 = (this will be water retention) 149 pounds
The last weeks should be a bit better - metabolism should be higher as I'm not in an office all day
23rd Aug 08 Week 4 of 9 - 149.6 pounds (I am trying not to give myself a hard time about this)
30th Aug 08 Week 5 of 9 - 149.6 pounds (I am trying not to give myself a hard time about this)
5th Sep 08 Week 6 of 9 - Goal 148
12th Sep 08 Week 7 of 9 - Goal 144
19th Sep 08 Week 8 of 9 - Goal 141
(day before wedding) 26th Sep 08 Week 9 of 9 - Goal 138
