My wish pram/ stroller
A pram that turns into a stroller, the handles that can be either side of the pram/stroller it is able to take a baby car seat, is light and is capable of going for walks (not runs but walks), and can take an extra seat.
The closest I can presently find is the

1) the steelcraft enigma/elite/acclaim/orbit (but can't add the baby car seat and is not that light) http://www.britax.com.au/strollers/reverse-handle-strollers
and the
2) the steelcraft strider plus has the (baby car seat, the second seat for second child, but the seat is not reversible and I think both children would prefer to see ahead of them, and seat does not recline fully) http://www.striderplus.com.au/html/s01_home/home.asp

and the
3) love n care Mirage Stroller (no second seat and no car seat)http://lovencare.com.au/strollers-and-prams/mirage-stroller/

4) The Graco Alano flipit (no second seat, not light) http://www.gracobaby.com/Products/Pages/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=1762034

5) Steelcraft strider 4 (second seat avail but behind cot, can have a car seat, has a reversible chair but not reversible handles) http://kiwibaby.com/shopping/pgm-more_information.php?id=574

Hi Suzanne - we have the Steelcraft Strider but in 3 wheel, and I must say I love having the option of turning the seat around to face me, but also having it face forwards for when baby is older. It's not too heavy (though have had to get a light umbrella stroller to use while pregnant second time). The wheels are good for walking in the park, which the smaller wheeled strollers aren't. The only issue I find with any of these strollers is that the wheels are set quite far apart and getting around shopping malls and small spaces can be hard. To me, the Graco one looks the best out of all of those. Good luck I hope you find somethine you like!

Thanks for the info Siobhan :-) Great to hear someone elses opinion. I think I have fallen for the steelcraft strider plus (with either the 3 or 4 wheels) but the only thing that it does not have that I really really wish it did. It does not have the reversible handles, and the reason for wanting the handles is if toddler is asleep in this version I have to wake toddler up, turn the seat around and put toddler back.
