Ok decided that just extra water is not cutting it

I'm going to keep up the water drinking, but input vs output I think has to be taken into consideration also now. So putting exercise into the equation also.

Suzanne,
I have been reading with interest your blog the last few days, and I must tell you that you are making this weight loss thing too complicated. It is a simple matter of taking in less calories than it takes to maintain your current weight. I have lost 33lbs in 80 days and frankly it has been simple. I went to a website called about.com and calculated that it took 2400 calories to maintain my current weight. I then motivated myself to eat only 1200 calories everyday. At that rate I am running a deficit of 1200 calories everyday. It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound. Therefore every three days I will lose a pound. It has been working like magic. If you would like me to calcuate the amount of calories you need to maintain your weight, give me your height, current weight, and age and I'll be glad to do so. TO BE CONTINUED
