I have been given a challenge

In one of my blogs in March, I said how upset I was with my weight back to where it was (it is now even worse than that). A person from hypnobusters.com in the blog comments gave me the option to try 2 mp3s, 1 for exercise motivation and 1 for loosing weight.
I told him that I have tried 3 (I think maybe more) hypnosis companies mp3s with a little luck but I would try his. I said that I would blog how I go and if it works I would pay for the mp3s that he is letting me try. So today has been day one.
And here are some dreadful Before photos with a picture of todays newspaper.

My new starting weight is 188 pounds

Hubby bought a Wii fit on Sunday

I love it, we should have bought it earlier. We are both addicted to it, fighting over whose turn it is. We have both made mini miis which I think are the cutest little things.
I like going for a jog around the little island before I start work.

Hi again, It has been a while

I have a question to the scientists out there,
Would there be more CO2 in the atmosphere if ice melts, like the glaciers have since we came out of the ice age?
And by looking at this lovely little chart would you come to the same conclusion as me that it looks like we (humans) have absolutely nothing to do with global warming?

The graph above shows the temperature changes of the lower troposphere from the surface up to about 8 km as determined from the average of two analyses of satellite data. The best fit line from January 2002 to April 2009 indicates a decline of 0.25 Celsius/decade. The Sun's activity, which was increasing through most of the 20th century, has recently become quiet, causing a change of trend. The green line shows the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere, as measured at Mauna Loa, Hawaii. [4]

Just something to ponder

Gaining the weight back

Trying a few things again -
starting all over again at spark people and
using hypnosis to try and stop this really bad comfort eating and
trying to eat my protein first on my plate as protein is supposed to tell the brain that it is fulfilled and
trying not to give myself too hard a time about it and trying imaglow (tablets with collagen in) and Hawaiian Tropic 30 plus sunblock with Vitamin AC&E (vitamin C taken topically helps to promote collagen also) to look after my skin that was aging quite badly recently. It has only been 3 days but I think I see a considerable change in my skin.

Finally got my own photo album set up

Lots of stuff going on at the moment that is stressful - not for public knowledge though

Obama's inauguration

I got up this morning at 5.30am, raced around while one eye was glued on the T.V. at 6 05am New Zealand time I got to see the first African American get sworn in to the history books as the first African American to be the President of the United States of America.

President Obama made a grand speech and later found out that they were lovely enough to walk the streets (instead of sitting in the limousine with very dark tinted windows) waving at the 2 million people who came to see this momentous occasion.

Now President Obama you have the challenge of holding to those lovely and very promising words you made. There are a few nations out there who would be better friends than enemies. :-) All the best of luck and I am wishing you all the best.
