After 26 years

I have decided to learn the violin again. They used to cost $400 up, now I got my first ever violin for $150. Yes I know it is a cheapy but I can always get a better one if I get good at it.

As my weight is going down I must highlight why

I gave up on that list some time back. I have made my own diet that seems to be working.
I am going to call it the fist diet.

Since I am not normally hungry in the morning I will have something with approx 100 calories in to get my metabolism up.
I keep with me sugar free lollies (licorettes, Werthers sugar free and tic tacs to be precise) for sugar cravings.
I am drinking quite a bit of either green tea or herbal teas to fill the food gaps and cause I am not really into water straight at the moment.
For lunch I can eat what I like as long as it is the size of my fist (so alot of the time I have a sandwich and an apple or in the weekend 4 pieces of sushi and miso).
Then for dinner again I can eat what I like as long as it is the size of my fist (we have been eating a lot of KFC twisters).
If I eat slowly I don't have to wait the 10 - 15 mins before my brain tells me that my stomach is full. If I feel like something else, I will have it (a very small bit, to get the taste, so I don't feel like I am missing out.)
Hopefully this will get me all the way to my ideal maintenance weight (120 - 126 pounds)

Wish me luck, or have a go yourself and let me know how you go.
